optimum whey
I have tried the chocolate 5lbs. Before that I tried the Maxx whey. That one is very bad. It is very difficulit to dissolved. So I tried another local brand.. It was very expensive( I say in Asia) But after that I found the optimum whey 5lbs in the internet. The price is only half of other and the Taste is very good. I can gain my weight 10 lbs after taking the optimum… Now I feel the muscle.. But I also need to reduce my belly …
