TikTok Shop is reinstating enforcement of the Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) starting April 6, after a temporary grace period that allowed sellers to adjust to the new dispatch requirements. This is an important change if you are fulfilling orders yourself.
What is changing
All regular orders must now be marked as “In Transit” within 2 business days after they move to “Awaiting Shipment.”
This means the package must be scanned by the carrier, not just prepared or labeled.
LDR requirements
• If your Late Dispatch Rate goes above 10%, enforcement actions may apply
• TikTok recommends keeping LDR at 4% or lower
How enforcement works
TikTok reviews your performance based on the last 4 weeks.
If your LDR exceeds 10%:
• First time → you receive a warning
• If it continues → penalties apply
Penalties may include:
• Impact on Account Health Rating (AHR)
• Limits on order volume
• Up to 50% reduction in new orders

Appeals process
TikTok has updated the appeals process with clearer steps.
If you believe a violation was issued incorrectly, you can submit an appeal through the updated Appeals page.
What you should do now
• Log into Seller Center and check your current LDR
• If you are close to 10%, review your fulfillment process
• Make sure orders are shipped and scanned within 2 business days
• Consider using faster carriers or services like Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT)
• Review the updated appeal guidelines
