Refund Policy

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up-to-date and your account current. If we need to issue you a refund, please contact us, and we will credit the same account that you used to pay for your GeekSeller fees.

  • You will not receive a prorated refund of your subscription fee for any time during which you do not use our Services.
  • If your GeekSeller account is terminated by us for reasons other than your breach of our Terms and Conditions, you may receive a refund of any subscription fees you paid during the last 14-day  billing cycle only. Such refunds will only be given in special circumstances and are subject to our sole discretion.
  • If you are unsatisfied with our Services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. In special circumstances, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription registration date. However, we will determine, in our sole discretion, whether or not to grant your refund request.  
  • You may cancel your GeekSeller subscription, services or account at any time. To cancel your subscription or account, please send a written cancellation request to GeekSeller at support@geekseller.com. In order to ensure that you will no longer be billed for services, in addition to sending us a written cancellation request, you must also disconnect your GeekSeller.com account from any connected integrations by removing any provided API credentials in your GeekSeller.com account dashboard. Cancelled accounts will remain active until the next billing date and will be deactivated thereafter.
