GeekSeller integrates with ShipHero to connect your sales channels with warehouses that use ShipHero for fulfillment.
- Orders from marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or TikTok Shop are automatically sent to your warehouse or 3PL using ShipHero.
- Inventory levels are synced back from the warehouse, and once orders are fulfilled, tracking details are returned and pushed to the marketplaces.
This integration helps automate your entire fulfillment workflow across all channels. ShipHero is a warehouse management system (WMS) built specifically for eCommerce operations. It was created to handle fast-moving, multi-channel order flows and is now used by thousands of warehouses and 3PL providers to manage inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
In 2019, ShipHero expanded into fulfillment services by launching its own warehouse network. Later, this part of the business was separated into a standalone company called LVK. Today, LVK operates the fulfillment centers, while ShipHero focuses on providing software that powers warehouses and logistics providers.
This means ShipHero does not operate warehouses directly anymore. Instead, it provides the system that warehouses and 3PLs use to run their operations efficiently.
Seamless Integration with ShipHero 3PLs
We support any 3PL or warehouse that uses ShipHero for order and inventory management.
How it works:
- Orders are imported from your connected marketplaces into GeekSeller
- GeekSeller sends those orders to your 3PL or warehouse that uses ShipHero
- Inventory quantities are synced from the warehouse back to GeekSeller
- Once the warehouse fulfills the order, tracking is returned
- GeekSeller automatically updates the marketplaces with tracking and fulfillment status
This setup allows you to fully automate order routing, inventory sync, and shipment updates across all your sales channels.
