Walmart Marketplace announced on October 13, 2026, that it has added eight new approved parcel carriers for seller-fulfilled orders.
The newly approved carriers are UniUni, SpeedX, Exelot, SwiftX, TForce Final Mile, GOFO, OSM Worldwide, and DoorDash.
Walmart also added Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery for freight shipments.
This is another interesting step as Walmart continues to expand its shipping network and give sellers more flexibility when fulfilling orders themselves.

What Walmart Marketplace Sellers Should Know
If you ship Walmart Marketplace orders yourself, there are a few important shipping requirements:
- Walmart requires valid tracking information for at least 99% of shipments.
- Tracking numbers must be accurate and have at least one valid carrier scan.
- Sellers must meet Walmart’s expected shipping and delivery dates.
- Using carriers that Walmart cannot validate may negatively affect your seller performance.
What if your shipping carrier is not on Walmart’s approved list?
You may see an “Other” option when submitting tracking information. In this case, you should provide a direct tracking URL that shows shipment updates.
However, keep in mind that using a carrier not approved by Walmart is not recommended. Even with a tracking link, Walmart may not be able to validate the shipment, which could affect your account performance.
Consider Ship with Walmart (SWW)
If you fulfill orders yourself, we also recommend looking into Ship with Walmart (SWW).
SWW allows sellers to purchase discounted shipping labels through Walmart, with access to carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the purchasing method.
It also offers additional benefits, including shipping discounts, seller performance protections, and coverage for certain lost packages when eligibility requirements are met.
It’s worth comparing SWW rates with your current shipping costs.

Or Let Walmart Handle Fulfillment with WFS
Another option is Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).
Instead of shipping orders yourself, you send your inventory to Walmart fulfillment centers. Walmart then stores, packs, and ships your orders to customers.
What’s particularly interesting is Walmart Multichannel Solutions (MCS).
With MCS, Walmart can also fulfill orders from other sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop, using the same inventory stored at WFS.
For example, when you receive an order on Shopify, that order can be sent to Walmart for fulfillment. Walmart picks, packs, and ships the product directly to your customer, using unbranded packaging.
This makes WFS an interesting option even for sellers who generate most of their sales outside Walmart Marketplace.
