Quantity Rules
Quantity Rules let you easily control how many units are sent to each marketplace per SKU, per marketplace, or per warehouse.
Instead of publishing the full on-hand stock, you can send adjusted quantities that differ from what is actually available in the warehouse. This helps prevent overselling, stay within marketplace limits, and manage inventory without manual updates.

Prevent overselling
- Send zero quantity when stock drops below a set threshold.
- Example: If available stock goes below 5 units, GeekSeller sends 0 to the marketplace.
Limit maximum quantity
- Cap how many units are shown on a marketplace.
- Example: You have 100 units, but only send a maximum of 10 to eBay.
Keep buffer stock
- Always reserve a safety buffer.
