Walmart is simplifying the list of accepted order cancellation reasons. As described in the Walmart API documentation, there are now only 5 order cancellation reasons available.
| Order Cancelation Reason | Description |
| Customer Requested Seller to Cancel | Use this code if the customer requested the cancellation. |
| Seller Cancel – Pricing Error | Use this code if the seller finds a price mismatch for the item order line. |
| Seller Cancel – Out of Stock | Use this code when the item is out of stock. |
| Seller Cancel – Fraud Stop Shipment | Use this code only if there is confirmation that the order was fraudulent. |
| Seller Cancel – Adress not Serviceable | Use this code when the customer’s address cannot be serviced by the seller or shipping carrier. |
