Today at Accelerate, Amazon’s annual seller conference, Amazon introduced exciting changes to the Amazon Customer Engagement tool. Sellers can now expand beyond brand followers when sending free marketing emails to reach their customers.
Sellers can now use Amazon’s email marketing tool to reach at no cost their repeat customers, recent customers, and high-spend customers.
