Changes to Walmart Return Policies (coming on April 17)

On April 17 new Walmart Customer Care Requirements and Returns Policy will take effect.

  • Walmart Customer Care will now be able to make customer service adjustments such as refunding orders, processing returns, or cancel orders. This means that Walmart may issue a refund on your behalf to customers who state that their order was not delivered. Sellers may dispute refunds processed by Walmart Customer care via Payments Dashboard in Seller Center. Read more here.
  • Marketplace sellers are now required to cover all of the return shipping fees (with a few exceptions).
