What is FBT? Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) is TikTok Shop’s fulfillment service. Merchants send inventory to TikTok’s fulfillment centers, and TikTok handles storage, picking, packing, shipping, and customer returns for TikTok Shop orders.
Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) allows merchants to use their FBT inventory to fulfill orders from sales channels outside of TikTok Shop.
This follows a broader industry trend where major marketplaces also operate as third-party logistics (3PL) providers. In addition to fulfilling orders placed on their own marketplaces, they also use the same inventory and fulfillment network to ship orders from other sales channels.

Who is eligible to use TikTok MCF?
TikTok MCF is available to sellers using Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT). Based on our experience, most FBT sellers already have access to MCF. If you do not see the option in your Seller Center, you may need to contact your TikTok Logistics Manager to enable it.
Does TikTok ship orders in blank or unbranded boxes?
Yes. TikTok states that MCF orders are shipped in unbranded (blank) packaging, making the service suitable for fulfilling orders from your own website or other marketplaces without TikTok branding on the package.
How can sellers use TikTok MCF?
There are two ways to use TikTok MCF:
- Manual fulfillment: Create and manage MCF orders directly in the TikTok Shop Seller Center by uploading orders manually.
- Automated fulfillment: Use an integration provider such as GeekSeller to automatically send orders to TikTok MCF. With automation, you can fulfill orders from Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other ecommerce channels using your TikTok FBT inventory, without any manual work.

Activating TikTok MCF
Based on TikTok’s documentation, activating Multiple Channel Fulfillment (MCF) appears to be a straightforward process for most sellers. What we’ve seen, most TikTok Shop sellers already have access to Multiple Channel Fulfillment (MCF) in their Merchant Portal and can activate it immediately. If the MCF option is not available, you will likely need to contact your TikTok Logistics Manager to have the feature enabled for your account.
Once MCF is available, activation is simple:
- Navigate to the MCF section in the Merchant Portal.
- Click Activate and confirm the prompts.
- Verify that the status changes to Activated.
- Start creating MCF orders by either uploading them manually or sending them automatically through your ERP integration.
The entire process typically takes just a few minutes, allowing merchants to begin fulfilling orders from non-TikTok sales channels using their existing FBT inventory.
