GeekSeller Now Supports TikTok Shipping

GeekSeller now lets sellers print TikTok Shop shipping labels (TikTok Shipping) directly from the GeekSeller interface . This is an important update because starting January 2026, TikTok Shop started accepting only USPS labels purchased directly from TikTok, and as just recently announced, Seller Shipping will be discontinued on February 25, 2026.

Switching to TikTok Shipping option is done in Shipping Settings in your TikTok Shop Seller Center.

How it works
When you receive orders from TikTok Shop:

  • TikTok provides the shipping labels
  • Labels are purchased directly from TikTok

GeekSeller now shows those labels inside our interface, so you can:

  • Print labels in bulk
  • Print labels individually
  • Process TikTok orders without leaving GeekSeller

What GeekSeller Users Need to Do

If you are currently using Seller Shipping and purchasing shipping labels through GeekSeller with your own carrier, no action is required other than switching your settings to TikTok Shipping in your TikTok Shop. Once enabled, GeekSeller will automatically detect the change and begin displaying TikTok provided shipping labels directly in the GeekSeller interface.

Due to the recently introduced policy updates regarding the Seller Shipping, if you were using Seller Shipping so you can fulfill TikTok orders through Walmart WFS (MCS), Amazon FBA (MCF), or another third party logistics provider that generates shipping labels on your behalf, please contact GeekSeller for additional guidance and setup details related to the new requirement.

Fulfillment Methods Available on TikTok Shop

What fulfillment options are offered by TikTok Shop?

TikTok Shop offers several ways to fulfill orders.

  • Seller Shipping allows sellers to use their own shipping carrier accounts or third-party services to purchase labels and ship orders themselves. This option will be discontinued soon. More details are provided later in this post.
  • TikTok Shipping lets sellers use shipping labels provided by TikTok, with shipping costs paid directly to TikTok, so there is no need to manage carrier accounts.
  • Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) is TikTok Shop’s in-house fulfillment service that handles storage, packing, and shipping on your behalf. It works in a similar way to Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS.

TikTok Shipping vs. Seller Shipping

TikTok Shipping and Seller Shipping represent two different fulfillment models on TikTok Shop.

  • TikTok Shipping focuses on providing prepaid shipping labels while sellers handle packing and dispatch.
  • Seller Shipping gave merchants full control over carriers and fulfillment. As TikTok standardizes logistics, this model is changing across the platform. TikTok Shipping provides labels and coordinates carriers, sellers are still responsible for packing and handing off orders.

Important! Seller Shipping will be discontinued on February 25, 2026 (see the official email announcement below) and sellers will be required to use TikTok Shop Logistics Services such as Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) and TikTok Shipping.

Upgraded TikTok Shipping

TikTok Shipping currently comes in two versions under TikTok Shop Logistics Services:

Upgraded TikTok Shipping (in comparison to Standard TikTok Shipping) provides exclusive discounted rates, and ensures better policy compliance. This is just a newer, enhanced version of TikTok’s default shipping service that TikTok has rolled out and made the default for new sellers.

Please note there is no eligibility for the upgraded TikTok Shipping option on TikTok Shop in the U.S., and Upgraded TikTok Shipping is now the default shipping service when you create a new TikTok Shop seller account in the U.S.

Separately, there is also Collection by TikTok (CBT) add-on (that works with Upgraded TikTok Shipping) which offers a door to door pickup service available in (as of Jan 2026) the Greater Los Angeles Area, the East Coast, and Texas.

For more details about the program and associated costs and fees, please refer to the official guide from TikTok Shop.
