TikTok Officially Updates Its Amazon MCF Guide (Feb 25, 2026)

On February 25, 2026, TikTok officially updated its Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) guide. This is an important update for sellers. In the past months, there were signals that TikTok might restrict or limit the use of Amazon MCF for TikTok Shop orders. Some sellers were concerned that using MCF could become non-compliant. Last week, TikTok reversed its earlier direction via email communication. With this newly published official guide, it has now formally confirmed and documented that Amazon MCF is supported when configured properly.

TikTok now clearly explains how sellers can use Amazon MCF to fulfill TikTok Shop orders. This shows that MCF is allowed when set up correctly.

What the updated guide says

According to the official Amazon MCF Setup Guide:

1. Sellers using Amazon MCF can continue to fulfill orders via Seller Shipping without creating a separate Amazon MCF warehouse. No workflow changes are required.
2. Sellers who do not have access to Seller Shipping must set up an MCF warehouse to fulfill orders using MCF.
3. Each shop can designate up to three MCF warehouses.
4. TikTok will validate that tracking numbers come from MCF (learn more about AFTN). However, it allows up to five non-MCF tracking numbers to account for occasional warehouse configuration errors.
5. To configure MCF, sellers need to go to:
   Seller Center → Logistics → Warehouses
   From there, they can add or edit a warehouse and enable MCF.

The guide also explains that Amazon MCF uses multiple fulfillment centers, but sellers should select one central warehouse address when configuring the setup.

This update removes uncertainty. Instead of indirect signals or unclear enforcement, TikTok has now officially documented how to use Amazon MCF properly.
