In early August 2026, GeekSeller introduced support for TikTok’s new Fulfilled by TikTok Multichannel Fulfillment, or FBT MCF.
The idea is simple. Sellers can store inventory inside TikTok’s fulfillment network and use that same inventory to fulfill orders coming from outside TikTok Shop, including marketplaces and ecommerce platforms such as Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and others.
It puts TikTok more directly into the same space as Amazon MCF and traditional 3PL providers.

What is FBT MCF?
Fulfilled by TikTok already allows sellers to send inventory to TikTok warehouses, where TikTok handles storage, packing, shipping, and delivery.
TikTok says its standard FBT service provides 24-hour processing, with 98% of orders shipped within one calendar day. Eligible orders are generally targeted for delivery within three business days, with TikTok reporting that more than 80% of U.S. orders are covered by its 3-day delivery network.
FBT MCF extends this infrastructure outside TikTok Shop.
For example, a seller can receive an order on Walmart, send that order to FBT through GeekSeller, and TikTok will pick, pack, and ship the product directly to the Walmart customer.
The tracking number can then be sent back automatically to Walmart.
How is it different from Amazon MCF?
Conceptually, FBT MCF is very similar to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
One noticeable difference right now is delivery speed selection.
Amazon MCF currently offers Standard delivery at around three business days and Expedited delivery at around two business days. Amazon has also historically supported multiple delivery-speed options depending on the service and account.
With FBT MCF, based on what we currently see in the integration, sellers do not select a shipping speed when submitting the order. TikTok handles the shipping method and carrier selection.
That makes FBT MCF simpler, but it also gives sellers less control if they specifically need an expedited service.
Tracking has been very fast
One thing we have noticed in our testing and with live sellers is how quickly TikTok returns tracking information.
In many cases, tracking becomes available within minutes after the fulfillment request is submitted.
This is especially useful for marketplace sellers.
Marketplaces such as Walmart and Amazon generally expect sellers to provide tracking information quickly, often the same day an order is processed. Having the tracking number returned almost immediately makes it much easier to automate the entire process.
The flow can look like this:
Walmart order → GeekSeller → FBT MCF → tracking number → Walmart
The seller does not need to manually touch the order.
Packaging is neutral
Orders fulfilled through FBT MCF are shipped in neutral packaging rather than TikTok-branded packaging.
From what we have seen, this commonly means plain boxes or polybags without TikTok branding.
This is important when FBT is being used to fulfill orders from another marketplace. A Walmart customer, for example, should not receive a package that looks like it came from TikTok Shop.
Amazon MCF follows a similar approach and also uses unbranded packaging by default.

Pricing looks competitive
Another interesting part of FBT is pricing.
TikTok itself says sellers using FBT can see fulfillment costs around 20% to 35% lower than mainstream carrier rates, depending on the product and shipping route. TikTok also includes picking, packing, packaging, and last-mile delivery within its fulfillment fee.
From conversations we have had with sellers, FBT MCF appears to be particularly competitive for certain product sizes and categories.
Of course, this should be evaluated product by product. Storage fees, dimensions, weight, volume, and destination can all change the comparison.
But for sellers already keeping inventory with FBT, using that inventory for other channels can be very attractive.
So far, the experience looks promising
We now have multiple sellers actively using GeekSeller to route orders from other channels into FBT MCF.
So far, the feedback has been positive.
Orders are being accepted quickly, tracking is returned quickly, packaging is neutral, and sellers can use one pool of inventory to support multiple sales channels.
There are still areas where the service is less flexible than something like Amazon MCF, particularly the lack of selectable delivery speeds.
But considering how new the service is, TikTok appears to have entered the multichannel fulfillment market with a surprisingly mature offering.
For sellers already using Fulfilled by TikTok, FBT MCF may become an interesting alternative to Amazon MCF and traditional 3PL providers, especially when fulfillment cost is a major consideration.
